  1. What an ugly start to this game, that D gonna be gassed before halftime
  2. Can't afford to have offensive drives that get no points, Bears D just can't get off the field
  3. Yep, one more year of Ben Johnson on offense and they have the potential to be lethal. Just draft defense and sign a stud pass rusher in FA.
  4. Do need a massive upgrade at the DL though, need a stud pass rusher in FA
  5. Yeah, showed the Bears can play with anyone, in year 1 of the Johnson Williams era, faster than anyone would have thought.
  6. Could've really grabbed hold of the game there with a TD
  7. The offense can score, our defense cannot make a stop
  8. Jesus, what an embarrassing showing by our D, Purdy is prime Steve Young apparently
  9. Zero pressure on Purdy
  10. Bears will need to the run the ball so much more in the second half to keep the SF offense off the field, don't like our chances in a flat out shootout
  11. Haha, I guess I'm older than most posters here, I was a teen in the 80s and I still remember when we would kick Green Bays ass year in and year out in the 80s. It's been very frustrating watching my Bears get embarrassed since the 90s Favre years to the 2010s Rodgers era except for that mid 2000s Lovie Grossman era where we beat an old Favre right before Rodgers owned us again...all that said, this win felt GOOD.
  12. Yep, and only 3 to Love in almost a half of football
  13. Very well coached, LeFleur had Allen on skates most of the game
  14. It's not that serious bro, but you came in saying this team would get embarrassed in the playoffs while I'm just thinking making the damn playoffs in year one of BJ is a MASSIVE STEP FORWARD. I'm looking big picture, we played GB tough both games, when they had both Love and Parsons in GB, I like our trajectory so far, ok?
  15. Just to be clear, Caleb still needs to put it together but I have seen enough to believe that with BJ, he can blossom into a legit franchise QB, he has led too many 4th quarter drives to tell me it's a fluke. The defense needs massive upgrades in talent, especially DL and LB, I believe the offense has enough talent that with one more year of BJ, they can still be better.
  16. Then stop shitting on me about the Bears getting smoked in the postseason, just making it in year one is PROGRESSION
  17. My dream is that this team is heading in the right direction, no one expected to be in first place in late December, if you can't appreciate that, then I don't know what to tell you. Building a serious contender isn't a one year to the next endeavor...if you can't see the obvious progression, then go watch baseball, football just ain't your thing.
  18. Yeah Love got a FG in a half of football, he was just smoking us bruh
  19. Yeah you were shitting on this team like 10 minutes ago 🙄
  20. That's why even if we lose, we are definitely headed in the right direction
  21. Just making the playoffs is a step forward, no one expected us to be playing for first place vs GB in December. Context my boy
  22. Two dropped passes...nice
  23. No dude but when in almost every game you say this team sucks at 10-4, your criticism falls hallow.
  24. Can our D please not make Willis look like prime Steve Young on this drive please?
  25. Lots of time though haha
