The Bears are doing it the right way. Harbaugh would’ve been nice but he is commanding a boat load of money and it’s a risk because he is also commanding full control over a team’s decisions. That could backfire especially if a GM is already in place and will not relinquish control.

I like that Poles is running the show now and he’s not being forced a head coach on him.

Depending on if Poles nails the 2nd interview, it sounds like he is going to be the next GM of the Bears. The interviews scheduled for Wednesday sound like backup plans.
