Bauer probably did choke and punch her. But everything that's been put to light yesterday makes it seem like that was all consensual. She probably knew this was his fetish and would make it real easy to say it was sexual abuse.
I would need to look at it again but to be honest. The people willing to do this eccentric behavior must be rare. I feel Bauer could do way better than that.

Used car I bought over a year ago when belly up yesterday. Fucking paid 8k for 2010 Honda Civic with 105K, put around 4K in repairs and now the engine went out which is going to cost me another 5K to replace. When do you just count your losses and say f*** it?
