Steal!!!! Edit: guess we aren't going to steal up 9

It's amazing the difference between Eaton and Micah. Micah takes a 5 pitch walk while Eaton swings at the first two pitches and pops it up. I know we are up 9 but still

Micah with another walk. Let's see a SB!

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 01:33 PM) Conor really is clueless against LHP.

Hit parade

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 01:30 PM) Abreu had 2 RBIs coming in. He just jumped up to 6. With 3 hits. He is a triple away from the cycle.

GRAND SLAMMMMMM JOSEEEEEE!!! Runs Runs Runs!

Great hit by Cabrera

QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 01:18 PM) Can't they challenge that? Yes, but you can't even tell where it was hit on his hand/bat. At least I couldn't

He seriously just called that a foul tip?!? That means he is out

s***, hope he didn't break anything

Maybe Micah should lead off lol. He takes a lot more pitches then Eaton does

Micah working the count yet again and draws a nice walk!!

Wow that ball carried quite a bit for Flowers

Alexei with a nice lead off double!

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 01:05 PM) Nobody there to cover 1b...giving Cabrera a shot with a runner on base. Sale or Micah need to get there. that is Sale's job. Not sure how you can expect a 2B to get over there to cover 1st on a groundball to the first baseman

QUOTE (Condor13 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 12:58 PM) This may just be me, but did anyone else notice that when Micah made Sanchez work to get him out by taking a couple pitches and fouling a few off, that Sanchez lost his rythm bc of that. Johnson and LaRoche have been our best hitters when it comes to working counts. I feel like Johnson is acting like he is a lead off guy trying to make a pitcher work his counts.

Adam Bomb!!

They finally looked like good 1-2 hitters

Great effort team!

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 12:36 PM) Short hops arent simple plays for any catcher...lots of unpredictable bounces when you throw the ball into the ground. Doesn't matter, he has to catch it. He is a MLB catcher, it is his job.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 12:33 PM) Eatons not going to get the runner...keep Cabrera at 1b. Baseball fundamentals 101. It was actually a closer play then I thought it would be. And like I said, Cabrera doesn't take 2nd if Flowers catches the ball, plain and simple.

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 12:20 PM) Let's see the difference between these two offenses They score 1 with a guy on 2nd, nobody out.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 18, 2015 -> 12:30 PM) More terrible baseball from Eaton. Sale limited Cabrera to 0/9 with 7 ks last year. Not really, Cabrera was not going to take 2nd on the throw until Flowers decided not to do his job

Victor looks like he is hurting. I suggest they put him on the DL for 151 games
