Totally agree. I was just pointing out the fact that they gloat about being runner ups. This ordeal is much much worse. Hahn flat out lied to fans saying money won’t be a factor when in fact it was. They essentially jerked fans off under the table for 12 months. Offering that contract with all of the options and no opt outs was a complete waste of time. They failed to take advantage of the market in regards to the major teams not being in it. They fucked around and let the Padres swoop in.
