In reality not a single state result should be made public until Hawaii closes it's polls. It causes more harm than good by discouraging voters on the West.

I'm voting after work and in favor of the IL amendment. When emergencies happen there are loads of places to get money from. Infrastructure money needs to stay right where it is.
