The regular season just finished last night for the last White Sox affiliate (Great Falls, who begin their playoffs tonight). So it's time for the final 2016 Prospects of the Month awards!

Who among these late season performers are you most excited about going into 2017?

Hard not to be excited about Alec Hansen the way he performed this season. Really, almost all of the 2016 draft class gave us a lot of reason for hope and excitement going into 2017.

With Anderson and Fulmer graduated, it is easy to make an argument for Hansen as our top prospect.

Fulmer hasn't graduated. At least not by the standard we use, which is whether or not they have reached MLB Rookie status minimums (this is also what MLB.com and other publications use).

This year, the graduates so far have been Anderson, Coats, Narvaez. I think that's it.

Most excited about Fisher.

It's been awhile since the Sox have drafted and then developed an every day outfielder (Aaron Rowand???). Maybe Fisher (or Alex Call) will end that problem. I don't expect either guy to make it to Chicago until 2019, but they're the two bats that I'm following.

I haven't seen a draft class perform like this both pitching and hitting in I don't know how long with the Sox. It's very exciting and unprecedented.
