Wilson Ramos tears ACL

Featured Replies

I know some were (are) advocating the Sox go out and sign catcher Wilson Ramos this off season as a free agent. Just FYI, Dusty Baker has just announced he has a torn ACL in his knee and (naturally) is done ofr the rest of the season.

ACL's are usually anywhere from six months to a full year recovery depending on the extent of the injury and the athlete themselves.

Yea - I saw this too. Lame.

I really have ZERO faith that the Sox will rebuild, as they should... And his name not out there really just is another sign of what really should be done.

:(

William Ladson @washingnats With the knee injury he currently has, Wilson Ramos is not sure if he will play in the National League next season.#Nats #MLB
