Chuck Carlton @ChuckCarltonDMN The @WSJ reports that the NCAA has informed Baylor it will not sanction the school as it did Penn State for sexual-assault scandal.

    NCAA has no teeth anymore, regardless of how disgusting the cases are. Frankly the worst part of the Baylor case is law enforcement's role in protecting the athletes. They should be above that.
