Best case scenario, Holland gives us a respectable first half and could be a flip candidate at the deadline.

 

Worst case he gets injured

 

Middle ground is he is a below average innings eater who gets us through this season

Maybe a lottery ticket, but I'm not even expecting that much. He'll probably just be a 1 year stopgap until guys like Giolito and Lopez are ready for full time roles.

143 K's at a 6.2 K/9 rate would mean he pitched 207+ innings. 207 innings of a 4.82 ERA would not give him a negative WAR and if he just made 26 starts it would mean he averaged 8 innings per start.
