Pimentel, Mendoza and Quintero have been discussed before. I was hoping for Francees and some of the lesser names.

 

Agreed. I was hoping for more on the rest of the players, but I suppose that alone is telling.

Yeah, disappointing he only mentioned like three guys. I do take some solace in knowing I was right about Quintero being the Cuban shortstop I thought he was. He played with Luis Robert in several international tournaments. I don't know why he fell off the map, but it seemed like he was a good talent when he was younger that would have been a big J2 signing if he was from anywhere other than Cuba.

Where are you seeing 21 players? I only see 5 listed at the top of the page?

 

I'm going to keep an eye on this guy. I really think he might have just been a Cuban guy that slipped through the cracks. He was playing in the CNS at like 17 and was holding his own.
