An OAS(Organizational All Star) vs. Future Sox Top Prospects by Position Which list is a better representation of the Sox Minor League system right now? And who comes up with the OAS list? Ex. TiQuan Forbes is the OAS at 3rd base, yet the 3rd overall 3b prospect by Future Sox.

That's not the same as prospect stock, and I don't think it was intended to be. In other words, they serve two different purposes.
