In the last day, Brennan and Perralta have signed elsewhere, while Alex Katz has signed as a MiLB free agent and is coming back.

Thompson seems to be a AAAAer, not sure what Polo's ceiling is but Rutherford really better pan out...Still feel CWS should have netted a larger return on that

I wasn't as disappointed with Rutherford, but the 2nd and 3rd players of that deal were pretty lacking.

I liked Clarkin as a prospect but not as a second piece

I’m fairly sure nobody would have given us more. If Hahn doesn’t take that deal, we are sitting here today in a worse position.

I think pretty much every trade Hahn's made, outside of the big 3, has been lacking.  Rutherford was a good primary piece, but the rest were guys in the low minors (which is fine) who were about to time out (not fine).

 

The Rays and Marlins must have done some heavy drafting.  Rays haven't rebuilt at all and the Marlins just started last year.
