on a side note with some downtime this week with the holiday I decided to start up an OOTP game.  I did a fantasy draft, set injuries to "low" and then 3/5 of my rotation was out with either tommy john or torn labrums by may and then my first three draft picks, all pitchers, all huge bonus arms tore out their UCLs within a year.  Rage quit.

It felt like it.  Supposedly my trainer was an expert at preventing injuries as well.  Some good that did. 

I like to fire up a game on occasion.  OOTP is actually a pretty good way to learn about most of the 40 and 25 man stuff and then the offseason schedule with rule 5 and such.  In OOTP you can often find really good players in rule 5, at least if you have the 1st pick.   I usually like to try and tank my first two years, it works in fake baseball.
