October 9, 200322 yr Hate to jinx it, but i have a feeling we are gonna be in for a nasty winter. Last year we only had maybe 1 bad snow and that was it. We're due. But I hope not. I can take the cold, just hate driving in the snow, even with 4 wheel drive.

Without spending time looking up the farmers almanac, I recalled them having a prediction this year that said to prepare for a harsh winter in the midwest. They have about a 75% accuracy since the book started in the late 1800s. And what was odd about last year is that at this time it was cold as hell and everyone thought it was going to be a long winter But like you mentioned there wasnt a major snow storm. We are due.......there had to be atleast three storms that missed us last winter.
