October 13, 200322 yr depending who and where.... we have a Bank of America in town...big banks usually have first dibs on things like this. (for obvious reasons...quick circulation.) plus, they probably printed a whole crap load of them.

My degree is in Econ, so I know how it works, I just didn't think it went that fast! Usually it takes about two weeks for me to see one and that is while working in downtown Chicago, within walking distance of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank location.
