I am pretty sure you could get the original subscription refunded within 30 days. Happened to me a few years back where I forgot to cancel renewal. I called and they gave me a refund within minutes.

I talked to MLBTV and they’re refunding it. I also now get the whole package and not just single team. Thanks for letting us all know about the deal!
