October 13, 200322 yr Just saw this in the production listings, it's currently "In Devolpment" The only cast listed so far is Bill Murray, so I assume he'll be playing Veeck, but don't quote me on that. Just passing it along.

October 13, 200322 yr Good casting..... getting a Cub fan (Murray) to portray another Cub fan (Veeck) who owned the Chicago White Sox.
October 13, 200322 yr This has been in development for years with Murray verbally committing to it. John McNaughton, who is a Chicago native/Sox fan, is set to direct. He also directed Normal Life and Wild Things.
