He's definitely out of their range and, Jimmy can correct if I'm wrong, a player backing out at this point would be extremely rare.

    Yeah Leon is going to Houston for $4 million. He probably agreed a long time ago. It doesn't really work like that. Teams don't really renege on agreements.
