The worst one I saw in person (not including heart attack and passing away) was a lacrosse stick breaking and a guy finishing a scoop. The sharp stick slit open a guys scrotum and one testicle came rolling out, still attached. It was hanging between his legs like a yoyo.

When trainers get together to share stories do you wait to toss that out or lead with it?

Its my best but it isn't even in the top 10 stories when we have a few too many.

I used a towel to coil it up had handed it to him to hold.  Not shocking he didn't want to sit. While someone else had the more important job of running g to call 911.

Believe it or not there was no damage. The ER doc just wound it up and stitched the scrotum back up.
