The more the White Sox wait for him, the more we are screwed. It shows he doesn't want to play for us, but I still have faith. I hope Thomas doesn't come back, and we trade Konerko. That would free up a lot of room to bring back Everett, and bring in a SS, 1b, SP, or a RP.

I do agree that you are overdoing it, way too much.

 

Anyways I do not agree with the guys on the top of your list. The relievers I want are Hawkins an Hasegawa. I do not want Eckstein, unless he comes cheap (or getting rid of Konerko or Koch). Matsui will play here next year, when the Mariners come to town. Spiezio is not a superstar, I say stick with Konerko and see if it was a fluke last year. Ponson is a good pitcher, but he is not a star either. Everyone gets on Konerko talking about his 'one' good season, yet Ponson never figured it out until this year, and struggled in SF. He would be no better than a number three here, which is what we would need him as. If he is not overly expensive, then fine, but I don't want to overpay for him.

I agree, the season is just officially over and you have had like 30 posts regarding the same stuff. Don't burn us all out so early.
