I'll admit that I'm worried that there will be problems between Thomas & Guillen (the Guillen ridiculing Thomas when they played together for taking grounders at short comes to mind). He keeps his Hall of Famer around and gets the manager he wants. I just want them to get along, and if that means Frank doing the little things, he should listen.

Cleveland has to now be the frontrunners in the AL Central after signing Mark Wohlers and Jason Bere today!

Cito had the job on Thursday. In an additional "phone interview" before he made his definite vacation plans he made comments to KW and JR that the Sox must spend more $$. Requested a $10 to $15 million increase in salary at which time the line went silent. When that call ended, Cito finalized his vacation plans. All about $$ guys.. all about $$.
