    Especially with uptick in MLB ratings in the last year, Ohtani's 50/50 year, Yankees/Dodgers, Home Run Derby and All-Star game are attracting more eyes as well as the Minor League All-Star games/prospects in general, etc.

    It's weird to think their operating revenues are pretty close to identical...with franchise valuations MAYBE 10-15% higher (on average) for the NBA recently.
