    Everyone will almost certainly be signed within a week and a half, otherwise they wouldn't have been picked.

    Top 10 round picks should all sign in almost every scenario. Teams do their diligence because you lose bonus pool money if they dont.

    Any prep signings after round 10 can be a toss-up, but there isn't any penalty to the team if they don't sign.

    Also this can probably just go in the draft thread...
