Absolutely this.  Working for the White Sox has definitely been a career killer for anyone involved in the train wreck that has been the White Sox organization over the last 15 years....except to get promoted within by Jerry, of course.  What MLB team in their right minds would hire RH or KW?  What about any of the post-Ozzie Sox managers?
