Sox shooting legal update...

Featured Replies

When everyone is in on it, nothing will ever come out. The supposed “victim” will likely receive some sort of settlement and the story will quietly go away eventually.

There is no magic bullet theory. The “victim”, a CPS teacher and close friend of the mayor, accidentally shot herself after sneaking a compact handgun into the game. The gun was then allowed to be snuck out of the ballpark by her friend. The mayor, CPD, Jerry, and the “victim” are all aware of this.

For obvious reasons for all parties involved, no one is going to tell the truth.

This story is a great example of what happens when the media is under your thumb, the fact that we get basically an annual update of nothing is telling. This should have been figured out long ago.
