too true except that the sCrubs were one of a few teams that could deal with boras. now that they got screwed with the demands of boras, (4 mil per where players at his pick were getting 1.2 or 1.7 mil) maybe now some of the new prospect/players will get a different agent.

The reason that Brownlie won't sign with the Cubs is because the pick after him, Guthrie, got a 3 mil signing bonus. It's only logical that he should want something on par with that, considering he was picked before him.

Scott Boras sticks it to management again!
