January 23, 200422 yr They are now back in contact with the Spirit Rover. They are not yet sure if a software or hardware problem is causing the communication difficulties. What I found cool is they can send a patch 35 million miles to fix software bugs in the rover's computer. If it's a hardware problem, the rover is f***ed.
