Kanye West

Chicago rapper Kanye West, the next best thing in rap releases a cd on Tuesday named College Dropout.

He already has a song on the radio "thru the wire"

"Through the wire" is a great song. :headbang When I first heard it I couldn't stand the high pitched girl singing chorus, but after hearing some radio play and viewing the video on MTV i've changed my mind. It was good to see Kanye and Twista (another Chicago rapper) teaming up for the much overplayed "Slow Jams." I hope he'll become the next big thing; been producing enough hits to warrant the release of his own s***. The transformation from producer to vocal artist sure as hell worked for Pharell Williams and his group, N.E.R.D

I would love to see them redo "Thru the wire," just to see how different he sounds. It is a very good song. One of the few rappers whom have a song that I like.

Great Rapper. He is an insperation in that video "Thru the wire". The guy's jaw was in the back of his mouth! Love twista. Wish I could rap that fast. Those two were good in that video Slow Jam. "Got a light skinned friend looks like Micheal Jackson, got a dark skinned friend who looks like Micheal Jackson." :)

Yeah I really loved that song, and he's funny on Slow Jams...I think I'll end up getting this one.
