That league is just getting off the ground and will probably be set up later today. Once that happens you'll get pm'd with the information (I'd guess either tonight or tomorrow morning/afternoon). I think it will be live, but since i'm not the commish of the league, I can't speak for sure, but I'm pretty sure all leagues have live drafts. If people can't make the drafts you can always sort your presets.
