Rowand will not start at the beginning of the season according to his interview with Dave Juday, Dave Wills, and Beltin Bill Melton. Another thing was that Rowand did only play RF until he got to the bigs. He said it is easier to read the ball in CF.

Well, if Harris rocks at the start of the season, Rowand will lose his starting job.

 

I'd love it if Harris got it into gear, cause him and Jimenez at the top of the lineup would be sweet. We'd have some serious speed.
