I have been looking all over the place and I can't find a concrete answer. I called a few attny's and some say 1 year, some say 2. :headshake Anyone help me with where to find this information? March 25, 200422 yr It varies by state statues. Most are two years statue of limitations, some are one. I don't know Colorado's.

March 25, 200422 yr I agree it is state by state I do not agree that most states are 2 years, 3 is more the norm in my experience but it varies by specific cause of action too in Michigan you'd have to go to the legislature home page and search the applicable statutes and that could be a herculean task if anyone can find it it will be you good luck
