That failed inning simply comes down to the failure to get the bunt down by Rowand. I am sure he feels terrible about it, but you have to perform in those situations.

If he does not do the fundamentals, Timo will take his spot.

timo wont beat out rowand, timo can field (slightly) but cant hit as well as rowand has the potential to

i think A Rows got a good future ahead of him

So far Sox pitchers are cheating death. Matsui alone missed out on RBI doubles TWICE by lining HARD.

Falling behind 3-0 on every hitter and giving up hard outs = matter of time before Yankee crush him.

hes been decent, no earned runs and frankly thats what counts

is he getting squeezed at all?

is he getting squeezed at all?

No, if anything he is getting some gift strike calls outside but he is wild as usual.

Danny throws harder I think when he gets in trouble and that just makes him wilder.

gwt thta dp ball and get out of this inning

he needs to be calmed down... he is looking kinda flustered

Watching the pitch location on game day it appears that Danny is wild. He can't continue walking people or as mentioned going to 3-0 on these hitters. He will give the yanks the chance to really smash one with runners on and then we will be is trouble.

Good to see the Hurt got his first RBI though. Maybe when they open in Chicago he will be busting that ball out of here.
