I thought they said they took out 6000 seats, but I can't recall for sure.

I thought I heard somewhere that the NEW USCF holds around 41,000.

and today's attendance should be REALLY low, because they're playing tomorrow...

They took out 6600 seats. I can't find the official new capacity, though.

It was a bit over 47K before so a bit under 41K now I assume..

When the stadium opened on April 18, 1991 -- at a cost of $137 million -- its capacity was 44,321. That jumped to more than 47,000 during 2002 renovations.

Well after seeing the openning day attendance, it looks like just under 40,800.
