April 21, 200422 yr Last time Fogg gave up 9 runs to the Cubs. Tonight his line: 0 IP, 3 hits, 2 walks, 6 runs surrendered (5 earned) and no outs. Makes you think that 2001 may have been more of a fluke than anything else.
April 21, 200422 yr They showed people LEAVING in the top of the first inning! The Pirates are WEAK. Pittsburgh should only have the Steelers - they've proven that they won't support any other team.

I believe they said it's starting to rain. I don't think any fans would be dumb enough to leave after half an inning.
April 21, 200422 yr Just because there was a thread awhile back about how good kip wells is... How about a hand for Josh Fogg today -- He single-handedly gave the Cubs a victory, and it's not even the third inning yet. Pittsburgh IP H R ER BB K HR Season ERA J. Fogg 0.0 3 6 5 2 0 0 17.00 He threw 32 pitches, and retired nobody. I don't think there's any reason to believe that Fogg would be in our pen at all, let alone the rotation.
April 21, 200422 yr Mods can merge this -- I have to hit refresh while at work to see all of the new threads/replies -- I forgot to and thus thought I was posting a new topic.
April 22, 200422 yr I can't believe how good people acted like Fogg was. Once teams saw this guy once or twice it was over.
