Pale Hose gettin' a lil' love

I am waiting for someone to call us the worst 16-9 team in baseball, so that everyone can complain about media bias again :D

This certainly is a great time to be a baseball fan in Chicago. I much prefer debating which team is better than the decades of "we suck less than you" debates.

The Houston announcers (Milo Hamilton and etc.) pointed out how tough the Cubs have been playing, and without Prior. Houston didn;t have Andy for three weeks so it's about a wash.

the record is good, and I'm not convinced this team is really playing close to its best ball yet.

I would, however, feel much better with an upgrade at closer.
