Look, most of the time, athletes do not know what the affects are. Seriously, I know from my reading of National Football League Athlete autobiographies.

Great athlete, always burns the Chicago Bears, right? Well he himself had his problems with his painkillers, booze too, and went to rehab. He did not know what affects would take place before hand. Honestly now, this is what I have read.

Personally, I actually had to have ligament replacement surgery in my right wrist after typing 40 more posts last season than I did the previous season.

Overusing kills young prospects, just like yourself. It's sad. Sometimes it ruins prospects careers before they get started.
