May 12, 200421 yr 9 p.m. (EST) -- Game of the Week Chicago vs. San Francisco - 10/28/01 This is the one where Mike Brown returns an intercetion for a touchdown on the first play from scrimmage in overtime for a 37-31 Bears win. The Bears were down 28-9 in the 3rd and 31-16 in the 4th.
May 12, 200421 yr I fondly remember that day. My friends got me to go help them shoot their video at halftime because they were losing so badly. Luckily I cam back in time to catch the 2-pt conversion by Terrell IIRC. Then a pic by mr mike brown to win it in OT
May 12, 200421 yr That was such an awesome game. I remember being in shock at how the Bears won that game. Me and my buddies thought it was over when Shane Matthews came in.
May 13, 200421 yr I remember turning that game off in the 3rd, playing some GTA3, then checking back, right around the end of the 4th, got to catch the end. The cleveland game that year was better IMO.

My sister was complaining about how cold it was and my dad gave into her b****ing. So we were standing in line waiting for the shuttle bus back to the Millenium Parking Garage and heard of the news. I was so pissed yet excited. Not to mention ours seats were second row, no joke, in the exact corner where both the hail mary and the int. return occured. I still get s*** from my friends and the people who gave us those tickets for leaving early.

I remember that game vividly, we had a big gathering at my uncle's house and we were all around the TV, pretty dissapointed w/ a few minutes left in the 4th. I remember my cousin actually yelling at the TV when the brown's coach challenged a play, he said, "There's only 3 minutes (?) left, your up 2 touchdowns, your gonna win." The rest is history.
