The Dead day thread

Featured Replies

I am sure if people are working it is a dead day at the office. So in honor of that, this is a totally BS talk about whatever thread, Texsox style.

To kick it off, lunch. Two words

I just got home from my dead night at my part - time job and I'm goin to catch sum shuteye. I predict there will be 54 replies when I wake up in the morning, half referring to Beatles songs. ;)

Every once in a while I like to plug into whatever my now Sophmore son is listening to. Fortunatly he outgrew NOW 14 type stuff a long time ago. Today was his last day of school and they didn't allow backpacks. So he left his CD player in my car after I dropped him off. I figured I would be hearing some Yellowcard or something like that. Instead it was Abbey Road :headbang

He's really getting into some classic rock. Last night I was walking past his room and heard the Dark Side of the Moon. He told me after listening to Dark Side he realized what I meant by concept albums, not collectins of singles.

Lunch was What-a-Burger and a late afternoon stop at Shakes for a frozen custard.
