June 27, 200421 yr lol. Weren't most of us screaming for this guy to take his ass back to Japan after the s***ty spring training he had? But, i'm sure will all eat some crow on this one.
June 27, 200421 yr It would be ridiculous if people did start talking s*** because of his first blown save here in the States. Shingo has done such a good job Agreed. Anybody who tries to jump on Shingo when he blows his 1st save is gonna get it from the rest of us 10 times worse than he/she could give it.
June 27, 200421 yr I just wish he had been the closer from the start. Not just for the fact we would have about 5-7 more wins. But the fact he would have more saves therefore giving him atleast a decent shot at being an all-star. That's just a harsh lesson learned but it's alright now. We're rid of Botch and his salary and his problems for good now.
