1549
I have heard mixed feelings about the Red Sox lately. They are falling quickly, but it is hard to deny that if they make it, Schilling and Pedro could carry them deep into the playoffs. So are the BoSox going to be able to turn this ship around? Or will 2004 be the season that wasn't in Boston?
Spiff
Not if they can't improve the defense. Derek Lowe must have nightmares every night about the left side of his infield.
Cerbaho-WG
I think Oakland or Anaheim will get it.
danman31
Let's hope Minnesota wins it so people can stop bashing the AL Central and the Sox win the division.

That'd make for an interesting ALCS, if the Sox and Twins got to the playoffs and past the 1st round.
Rowand44
I think the a's will end up winning the west so I think it might come down to anaheim and the bosox but I wouldn't count out our sox or the twins either but hopefully the white sox won't have to worry about the wildcard. redandwhite
I think Doug Mirabelli might haved saved the season tonight with his grand slam. Im going to say the Red Sox win the wildcard ;o boy was that tough for me to say after the last 4 days of critisizing.

CWSGuy406
Well, presuming all goes according to our plans (knock on wood), we will probably have to face the winner of the AL West in the ALDS. Probably because the Yanks will have the best record meaning they get to face the Wild Card. It should be an interesting stretch run to say the least. CWSGuy406
They won't face the wildcard if it's Boston. Oh yeah, that's right. So that would mean we would face the Yanks, if Boston wins the WC, and the AL West winner has a better record than us?
