Baseball Movies

Featured Replies

What was that movie where the guy went to play baseball in Japan? Mr. Perfect or sumthin I think.  ;)

yeah I'm pretty sure it was Mr. Baseball

Frank was in Mr. Baseball actually. He's hitting BP early in that movie when Selleck and the rest of the guys are in the dugout.

I want to see that Mr. 3,000 it looks like a pretty cool movie but of course you know what's going to happen.

I agree, The Scout was one of the worst baseball movies made, I don't think Brendan Fraser can throw 106 mph in the 9th inning.

The Fan also was somewhat of a baseball movie, but it was pretty bad.

I just watched "little big league" today for the first time in like 2-3 years......what an awesome movie that is :headbang :lol:

:lol: :lolhitting What a loser; I mean, even I can throw at least 110 MPH by the 9th inning, and I don't even play baseball anymore. ;)

I can't believe no one has mentioned this one but the Babe... {John Goodman was awsome in it}

Also i'm not sure if this counts but there was a mini series quite a few yea ago called "When it Was a Game" {Which you can buy on DVD ;) ) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...?v=glance&s=dvd

Awesome for anyone who wants to learn about the history of baseball.

I loved the Sandlot when I was a kid and I loved Rookie of the Year {Before I realized how important it was to hate the Cubs}, also the one where the kid owned the Twins.... :ph34r:
