I like the Cardinals for reasons independent of the Cubs rivalry: Tony LaRussa, great stadium, some good players.

 

I don't really care what the Cubs are doing now that we don't play them any more. Although, their recent meltdown makes for some great sports radio.

I love the Cards. They're my 2nd favorite team, and I always root for them to win the NL and go the the World Series. Also, I go to a lot of their AAA team's games, so I like seeing some of my favorites from their AAA team make the big leagues and do well.

Great Stadium, have you ever been there the place is a hole that's why they're building a new stadium. Busch is falling apart. Plus during a day game its like 150 degrees in that place. At night it is kind of cool because the top of the stadium lights up, but that's pretty much it.

well after i made the initial post i stopped and thought....wait a minute the baseball tonight crew was not even at busch stadium, they were at the orange juice farm in Houston...please don't hate me now.....
