Buehrle on the hill for the Sox

- Lead-off guy hits a deep fly to right, but Mags tracks it down to record the first out of the game

- Flyball to right ran down by Mags for the 2nd out

- Sexson drives one to left and it falls in front of Lee for a 2-out single

- Wes Helms (former Brave) walks to move Sexson up 90 feet. 2 on, 2 out here in the top of the first

- Javier Valentin (brother of Jose) grounds into a force out to end the inning

1 hit, 1 walk, 2 left for the Brew Crew

Good guys coming up

Bottom 1

- Aaron Miles grounds out to lead-off the inning

- Jose Valentin hits it hard into RF for a basehit. 1 on, 1 out

- Frank Thomas (it's so nice to see him playing everyday :D) hits a grounder to Helms, he bobbles it, then throws it into the stands,. Could have been a DP, but instead, the Sox have runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 away

JM says Frank is a changed player. Apparently, he came in and asked for help for the first time that JM can remember. And Rooney and Farmer are saying that Frank really is dedicated to making the Hall of Fame, and that he's in the best shape he's been in in a long time. That's bad news for ML pitching. :bringit

- Magglio Ordonez pops out to short LF for the 2nd out of the inning. Not deep enough for a sac fly

Apparently, Magglio doesn't like being called "Mags".

- Brian Daubach (.278) walks on a 3-2 count to load the bases for...

- Carlos Lee hits a high flyball into RF...it's goneeeeeeeeeee...GRAND SALAMI FOR EL CABALLO!!! 4-0 Sox

- Tony Graffanino hits one deep to left...you can put it on the boooooaaaaarrrddddd, yeeeeeeeeeeesssss!!! 5-0 Sox

- Aaron Rowand chops one to 2b for the 3rd out

5 runs, 3 hits, 1 bb, 1 error

End 1, Sox up early 5-0

Ugh...this win won't count for Buehrle. None of the Brewer starters have a HR all Spring. How can that be?

- McKay gets sawed off, play made in the infield, he's gunned out for the 1st out

- Basehit lined into right field for a 1-out single

- Chris Morris hits grounder to 3rd, Graffanino throws to 1st to barely get the runner. 2 out, runner on 2nd

- Enrique Cruz strikes out on a 3-2 pitch to end the inning

1 hit, 1 strikeout, 1 stranded

End 1 1/2, Sox up 5-0

They said they want to catch Olivo 100 games this season. They then said that Sandy will likely catch Buehrle and Colon as much as possible.

That strange... I read on the other board where KW said Olivio is playing himself to AAA. And its also wierd they would have the vet catch the aces.... wouldnt sandy help garlands game more?

Bottom 2

- Sandy Alomar (.583 so far) hits it deep to left...the LF'er dives, can't get it, and it bounces over the wall...ground rule double

FYI, all 5 Sox runs in the 1st were unearned (not that I care :D)

- Aaron Miles (0-1; groundout) bunts, Helms is standing at 3rd picking his nose, play isn't made...Miles bunt single, Alomar to 3rd with 0 out

- Jose Valentin (1-1; single, run) grounds into a 3-6-3. Run scores (no RBI). Bases empty, 2 down. Sox now lead 6-0

- Frank Thomas (0-1; ROE, run) hits high flyball into RF. It's caught for the 3rd out

2 hits, 1 run, 0 left

End 2, Sox in control 6-0

Top of the order for the Brewers

- Foul tip into Alomar's glove on a 3-2 pitch for Mark's 2nd K of the game. 1 out

They think Buehrle will throw about 80 pitches today

- Liner into RF caught by Magglio on a 3-2 pitch. 2 away

- Flyball into RF for the 3rd out

HOLY s***, IT'S ON WGN! WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE TELL ME? :(

Anyway, through 2 1/2, Sox in charge 6-0

Bottom 3

**Ahhh...the sweet voice of the Hawkaroo **

- Magglio (0-1; popout) leads off by grounding out to short

- Daubach (0-0; bb, run) strikes out. 2 down

JM is praising Josh Stewart. If we need a pitcher at some point, look for him to be the guy. They really seem to like him. He's also praising Aaron Miles.

- Lee (1-1; grand slam) pops out to 3rd to end the inning

End 3, Sox lead it 6-0

Lol, I thought you knew that. I mentioned it was on TV I think. Not positive. I missed the first full inning though. My stupid paper didn't list it so I didn't hurry back from work, but then I turned it to WGN to check and there it was.

- Helms leads off with his 2nd walk of the day

Hawk and DJ are talking about the rotation and how important it is that Danny is healthy and ready to go. Hawk said that if he can go, it takes a lot of the guess-work away. Let's hope for the best.

- Magglio makes a nice running catch in right near the wall for the first out

Mark has already thrown 78 pitches. That's a lot. But, he's only allowed 2 hits thus far.

- Frank makes a nice little diving catch on a 3-2 pitch. LOL, "That was a helluva play" -- Hawk. :o Such a potty mouth!

- Chopper fielded by Miles, tosses to Frank, inning over

Buehrle is likely done, having thrown about 85 pitches.

Through 3 1/2, Sox up 6-0

Bottom 4

- Graffanino (1-1; solo HR) hits a solid liner to short, it's 1-hopped, and thrown to 1st for the 1st out

- Rowand (0-1; groundout) flies out to left for the 2nd out of the inning

- Alomar Jr (1-1; double, run) pops up to RF to end the inning

8 in a row retired by Campos (the Brewer pitcher)

But, unfortunately for him, it's still 6-0 Sox through 4
