Browser issues

Featured Replies

I started using Firefox again and I am wondering if this is a settings issue, a board issue, or both.

When posting in IE I could highlight some text and just click on the color drop down menu to change the font color. With Firefox and Netscape as soon as I leave the text bx and click on the color drop down menu the highlighted text is no longer highlighted and the [.color=xxxx] will appear at the end not the beginning of the text.

Any Firefox users find a way around this?

Also I installed the gmail and googlebar extensions and a couple cool themes, what else have y'all done to customize Firefox?

All I've done is add a theme, and a links toolbar under the address bar. I know what you mean about the highlighting, it stinks but I haven't found a way around it.

Same thing with me. I use Firefox, and I cant make anything in green anymore. Also, I cant put smilies in at the front of the text. It always has to be after the last word.

Well there is such a thing as cut and paste :bang

I've got an extension that randomly generates different browser names... Throwing off website tracking info....

It says I'm currently running Mozilla SpaceCheat.

I've customized the random options so it's always a variable of the Cheat.

What themes are you guys using -- I haven't really found one that I really dig.

If only everyone thought like you do.

Last night I seriously had some bobblehead blonde call me a "grumpy gus" because when she asked me where I was, like, from and stuff, I prefaced it with a sigh. I tried to explain that I wasn't grumpy, just easily annoyed, but by then her attention span had been used up.

I've become so lazy I wish I could speak in green to some people.
