November 2, 200421 yr If the state really cared about keeping the ten commandments, the same judges who fight to keep the rules posted in the courts wouldn't be sending anyone to their deaths via the gas chamber, electric chair or a needle full of poison. Absolutely they wouldn't. They would realize that it isn't up to them to judge life or death.
