RE Allen

Holy cripes this guy may be the #1 pick for years from now. The kid is 14, has a 4.0 and is a freshman at Watts. Oh ya, did I mention he's 6'11. He's supposed to be a heck of an athlete and they are already comparing him to Shaq.

Note, I may of spelled his name wrong.

Whats his name? RE Allen?

I saw a news report on him just after the Lakers game. Thats how they pronounced it. Although it could be like Rheal Allen

Don't be so sure, alot of kids were supposed to be the next Shaq. Everyone from Kendrick Perkins, to Derrick Caracter, to even Eddy Curry. Who knows if they can pack on 340 pounds and still have alot of athleticism. Derrick Caracter was 6'9 250 pounds as a 13 year old, he's one of the top players in the nation in the 06 class, but he still has to pack on 75 pounds and 3 more inches to carry Shaq's size, Shaq is amazing.

This kid i use to go to school with was in either the tribune or suntimes today. He is only a sophmore too and averaging like 23 per game on varsity.
