After the MRI they will be able to tell if he will be out 2 weeks or all season, at this point both stand as possiblities. But again what do I know. Quick question, isn't this the same injury that Phil Nevin suffered? What is the difference in severity, etc? I'm don't really have a clue. I know they said he popped it back in. I've seen football player just pop it in and then they play, but I'm assuming that isn't possible with baseball players because it can just pop back out or something? Or is it if its more serious, then you need surgery and if its less serious, no surgery is necessary? All you need is rest. Either way, I think he will miss some time. It was just a tough play all around. Hustle play by the Blue Jays catcher trying to get the out, and it was Jeter hustling like he does best, advancing to 3rd.

Its statements like "look at my registration date" that makes new people quit posting on sites like this. As small and new as this group is, without new blood it will tend to stagnate and recycle the same old ideas as a few people ruin it for anyone else. Trust me, I have posted for years on the ESPN site, and was trying out this forumn because I have had a good repoir with Mario from his posts on ESPN.
