Dan posted the base site, but more specifically I would try a search in the minor leaguers section.

If that doesn't work, I might try searching by the teams sites, if you know what teams he played for. Not many places archive that kind of info for guys who never make it.

If you searched for the players' name he should be there. 10 years doesn't seem too long ago. Don't expect the stats to be very thorough though.
