I know we didn't quite get all the players we were hoping, and some are certainly not happy witht the C. Lee trade, but it could be worse. There has been a lot of negative talk around here lately, so I thought I would try to spin a little positive thinking. I don't like posting linueups, but going into 2004 opening day our starting rotation was:

Closer:

Billy Koch

 

Now, we have lost some offensive firepower, but some will argue we are more balanced. We certainly have a better defesive outfeild and I believe we are stronger defensively up the middle. I also believe IMHO we have a much stronger bullpen. My only complaint is catcher.

 

Compared to last years rotation I am feeling much more confidant going into this season. Thoughts?
